We have free standard shipping on all orders. Other than that, shipping is weight based and shipped from our headquarters in sunny Tucson, Arizona. 

We accept returns and exchanges for unused, unworn items with tags and labels attached up to 7 business days of the day the order was placed. Accessories are final sale. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the unworn item. For any questions, please contact info@tomatosuperstar.com.

Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit, exchange or refund. If any exchanges for other items or for store credit do not meet our above specified requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to an exchange if the items have any signs of wear, stains, alteration, misuse or damage.

To initiate an exchange/return, please fill out this form and send to an email to info@tomatosuperstar.com. You will receive instructions on how to send back your ordered items as well as a return shipping label. 

 If you were sent a damaged item or the wrong item, please fill out this form and send to info@tomatosuperstar.com within 3 days after receiving your merchandise. You will be sent instructions on how to send back your ordered items.
