Q: Can I return my purchases?

A: Tomato Superstar does not accept returns unless the shipped item(s) was damaged or the wrong style. To request a return, please email info@tomatosuperstar.comDo not return unless you get a confirmation from us, which will detail instructions on how to send back your merchandise.

Q: Can I exchange my purchases?

A: Yes, you may within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. To be eligible, the merchandise must be in new, unworn condition and still have the original tags and packaging. To request an exchange, please email info@tomatosuperstar.comDo not send out package unless you get a confirmation from us, which will detail instructions on how to send back your merchandise.

Q: When will my purchases be shipped?

A: All orders placed during our regular business hours of Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm Pacific Standard Time will be processed that same day. All orders placed outside of those regular business hours, including holidays, will be processed on the next business day. Your purchases will be shipped between 5 to 7 days after your transaction is complete. You will be notified via email with the tracking number once your item ships.

A: You can use your credit cards, debit cards or paypal account to pay.
